Hella air horn

 Hey folks- next dilemma. My 325e came with a dead horn, so I replaced it with
the wonderful Hella airhorn that Imparts sells so inexpensively. Here's the
rub- whenever the temperature dips below about 45'F, the horn simply ceases to
function. This is unfortunate because cold weather does nothing to prevent
cellphone talking soccer moms from flagrantly invading my right-of-way. (hence
the need for a LOUD horn) This is odd because this product is German made, and
I would expect it to work in cold weather. Any comments/suggestions anyone?
