Blower Motor On 84 528e

Hi All,
Thanks to all who responded to my idle surging problem.
I now need to install a blower motor in my 1984 528e.
I purchased the motor, now I want to attempt to put it in myself.
Is this easy?  Should I try this or leave it to a professional.
I am fairly mecahincally inclined, but I do not want to get into
tearing the whole dash apart.  Any and all help is
greatly appreciated.
