<E-30> 86 325es to 89 325is Head Assembly Swap (Anyone done this)?

Hello Digesters:

I am planning to swap my Head, Injectors, Intake & Exhaust Manifolds, and Cam.
Has anyone done this before?  Is this a direct bolt up?  Does my motronic work
with this new set up?  Anything to look out for?
