Bill,

I have the same problem.  The light bulbs are blow in the cluster, there are
two ways to proceed; 1) go to Brett Anderson's page (check the archives) to
learn how to remove the instrument cluster without removing the steering
wheel assembly; 2) remove the steering wheel assembly (Bentley shows you how
and the Mitchell Books estimate the bulb replacement for R&R to be about .9
hrs with .5 hrs with Airbags.
