hey, m3 engine in a 2002....

ive seen it done a few times, and i was just wondering if anyone knew how
much it would cost to get this done?  I cant do it myself, so the total cost
would include all parts and labor.....jsut a rough estimate, someone in the
ballpark.  thanks.
or, how bout any e30, hehehe, id settle for a 328 engine anyday
i would also need a 5 spd conversion, right? yeah, might as well....
