BMWNA is very serious about trademark infringement.  As a sales manager at a
dealer in northern VA.  I had to go take a look at a certain used BMW lot in
the suburbs
to make sure that no one was using roundels on signage or buildings.  We
were also
asked about some of the shops in the area.  On a similar line Disney made
some
one-hit wonder band change the name of a song to avoid infringement.... I'm
going to dizzneyland.  For what it's worth
