<E30> OBC "ding!"

Ahhhh...it's that time of year again.  When the temperature dips, and
unsuspecting BMW owners are startled by the OBC.

It's a feature to warn the driver of potentially icy conditions...the
OBC dings at 36 F (when bridges can start to ice), and displays the
temp. with a flashing "F".
