i've been out of touch with the digest for the past several weeks, being
throughly buried right now.

under no circumstances will we use anything that infringes on anyone's
trademarks, especially not BMW's trademarks. if someone wants to do a logo
which does use a Roundel, then for god's sake leave the digest out of it.

the last thing i need is trademark lawyers sending me nasty letters because
someone on the digest took it upon themselves to make up a questionable
logo...
