It seems to me that if the dealer(s) are as bad as you describe, you need
to contact BMW NA and raise some hell!   You paid a lot of money for the
car and the warranty, and you should be able to use it.   Years ago I met a
guy with similiar problems with his Jaguar.   Stop laughing.   He finally
wrote to Jag NA and they sent a roll-back, picked up his car, took it to
another dealer, fixed everything and brought it back.   They probably
washed it too.   I have had trouble (in the past) with a BMW dealer, and
one letter to the owner, copied to BMW NA took care of everything.   You
write well, give it a shot!

Does everyone agree with me?
