RE: speaker recommendations

Hello BMW Experts!       Rick V. asked about drop-in replacements for his
front speakers.
     I just put in DEI 5.25 components, and think they sound real good.
Many
folks on rec.autos.audio think they are the best in the mid-price
range(~$140.)  Car
Stereo Review just tested some JL audio 5.25s, and said they were near the
best
they ever tested!  Better than MB Quartz.  The catch is, these speakers
aren't out
until maybe Feb?  They will probably be a little more $ than the DEIs.
