Allison BMW looking better



Over the past few weeks I have  had a less-than-favorable working
relationship with Allison BMW service department.  I called BMWNA and
explained my problem with them.

I received a call from Bob Gee (in charge of parts and service) at Allison
and he was very up front with no BS.  I told him it seemed like a screen
had been raised when I started probing into the Nikasil issue.  I also
mentioned the misinformation fed to me by the service manager.  He
apologized for the problems and would talk to the service staff.

I appreciated his call and being up front with me.  My fur is smoothing
out, I guess it helps to squeak a little and be persistent (not whiney).
