dealer work

The Dealer I bought my car from didn't seem to interested in doing the work.
Or even acknowledging recalls when I called. 

I could never understand why. Someone on a previous posting indicated that
there was no mark up on parts and that labor charges were cheaper if they were
doing it for BMW. That explains alot to me. But what it really indicates is
where I buy my next BMW.
