lightened flywheel vs. light wheels

hello

to help all intrested in performance gains.

according to Hoosier tires for every 15 lbs you remove from your 
wheel/tire package it is the equal to 6 horsepower so I guess this can 
be applied to flywheel application probally twice as much I guess 1hp 
per pound because the flywheel is also spining much faster.

so how much weight can be saved with a light flywheel
