IF you have ABS, AND you get air in the system while bleeding, you DO need
to hook the car up to the DIS in order to get air out. No way to activate
the ABS to get the air out of that part of the system without doing this. I
don't know of anyone with a DIS except a dealer.

Above info from Steve D'G - I give credit where credit's due. Oh yeah, I
asked him because I got air in my brakes while bleeding 'em.
