I agree, with the idea that your passenger side door is often less 
vunerable than the driver side, at least in Florida.  Most drivers 
are more conscious of the parts of their vehicles than their 
passengers.  I saw one good ole boy use his foot to kick open his 
door repeatedly against the hapless car next to him.  He got his door 
to stay open on the third try; look ma, no hands (or brains).
