I placed my order on 10-14-98.  I have yet to receive my copy.  I sent an
e-mail on Friday inquiring about the current status.  No word so far.  Any
other digesters in the same boat?

|said to order from Amazon.com because of an incredible price of around 
|$25.00 or so, have you recieved your book yet?  I ordered it  over 1 
|month ago, and have received nothing yet.  And now the price seems to be 
|like $50+ for the book.  Is that right?
