Carlos,

The side bolsters are pretty much like removing the bottom seat, but you =
have to pull a little harder.

Grab the side bolster at the top and dig your fingers as far down as =
possible to get a descent grip and pull real hard.  Repeat several times =
until the top portion of the bolster breaks free.  Once you have the top =
portion free lift the bolster straight up because the bottom is held in =
place with a hook type device. Now wasn't that easy!  Go get a beer and =
you're done.
