The "dome" light is kinda blinding.

I've replaced mine (and the rears) with red bulbs.  Doesn't kill your night
vision and you still have enough light to see.  The white map lights can be
turned on if you need more light up front.

Haven't noticed the switched rears on the E36.  Lux model?  Anyone have a
part #?

Hello all,

I have some questions concerning the rear interior lights and rear
headrests for a 1994 325iA E36 sedan...

1st: I have a problem. Usually whenever there are passengers in the rear
seats, they would like the lights turned on for x reasons....so I oblige
and turn on the interior lights. However, I'm greeted with the huge
light right above the interior rear view mirror as well. Very
distracting. Now...I've noticed newer E36's with the rear interior light
INDEPENDANT of the main light switch.
