<sigh> another vote

Although I hate to restrict people's freedom of speech, it seems to me
that Mr. Kibort has just gone too far.  First, he continues to litter
the Digest with his inane ramblings.  Then he goes so far as to insult
the Land Shark.  Tsk tsk.

So chalk up another vote for permanently removing Mr. Kibort from the
Digest.
