Well, it looks like the BMW USA site and the dealers have the info.  Here is
the BMW USA site and a dealer that has all the pictures, sizes, model
numbers:

1. The BMW USA site - http://www.bmwusa.com, select site map, select
accessories and search for wheels
2. Circle BMW - http://www.circlebmw.com/parts/wheel98/wheel98.htm
