DINAN points revisited

Thought this may be of interest.  SC dealer had a "Dinan" 328 sedan on
the showroom.  According to guy at parts window, only had dinan wheels
(nice enough, big D at center), stabilizer bars and chip.  Price was
about same as well equipped M3 (about $7-8000 over 328).  No Dinan
badge!
Guess if you want a 99 M3/4 this is as close as you'll come.  Arguably,
the interior was more attractive than the m3, depending on your personal
tastes (I happen to like the m3 approach).
