E36 M3 GTR

I have a model car catalog that has a scale model 
of an E36 "M3 GTR." It's a black/black street car
which has a big-ass LTW-looking wing, big-ass
front diffuser (not the same as LTW though) and
looks otherwise stock, including 20-spoke wheels
(hard to see wheels though; they might be
different). Anyone know what this variation is; I
assume some kind of Europe-only car??? Just
curious.
