E28 535i parts compatible with E28 528e

I'm looking to pick up some parts for my 84 528e from Travis who's parting out
his 85(?) 535i.  Is the automatic tranny the same?  Is the A/C compressor the
same?  Is the power steering pump the same?  How about the PW switches?  Is
the instrument cluster the same?

He's giving good prices, so help him out (but not with the stuff I need!)
