Is it the opinion of the digest that stainless steel (or kevlar) brake
lines are a necessary part of a high performance brake system? I've had
them before and the only benefit seemed to be reduced pedal travel and some
increased feel. Will I give up any performance or safety on the track if I
keep the stock lines while using high performance rotors and pads (slotted
rotors and Porterfield pads)?
Thanks to all,
