Hey all! Long time no see.
I have a couple problems for an '87 325e.
Problem #1:
I recently got in an accident where the backend was smashed up pretty
good. I had a bodyshop (Kelly's Autobody in Bellevue, WA) do all the
repairs. (Fantastic job BTW). I took the car home and a couple days
later opened my trunk, did whatever, and got back in the car. Ooops, no
stereo power, no clock, no interior lights, and no tach. I replaced the
fuse not realizing what had caused the problem. Did this song and dance
several times before I figured out the connection. What do I have to do
to fix this problem? I'm guessing that it's a cross-wire somewhere(???)
But it's really becoming a hassle.
Problem #2:
My signals just don't work (neither the exterior or dash indicators
light up). The hazards don't work either. It's not the fuse (checked)
and my blinkers have worked one time since they broke a couple months
ago. <shrug> I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated!
TIA
Dave Myron
