Gearbox/ Diff. oil help!!!

Hi everyone,

My gearbox crunches into 2nd when cold, when gearbox is hot with engine
running, it sounds like a diesel engine until the clutch is depressed. My
rear limited slip diff. whines as speed increases. What's the best oil to
use? Redline maybe? If so, what grade? Any suggestions? Please help!!!
