I used to be a fan of this stuff until two of my neighbors cars developed
some nice rod knock and the in-laws Jetta made peculiar sounds with it. 
Stick with 5w-30.  It does improve gas mileage though, I guess thats why
it makes your engine sound like a diesel! AND BTW, its been out for over a
year.
