Oh yeah, someone rolled a Civic. Sees he was passing a P car going down the
front straight, and the P car wouldn't lift, or not soon enough, anyway. He
got past him, but had too much speed going into the turn, and spun.

Interesting, but not surprising. Last week I rolled a pretty heavily
modified Civic at the Deep Forest track. Those cars are soo light, and can
be pretty unstable at very high speeds. I was surprised how easliy they
will lift two wheels, especially with a stiff suspension. I was using very
stiff front and rear sways, and soft compound racing tires.
I would also like to note, the TVR Griffith is one fine automobile. Anyone
over in Europe care to comment on this car? I drove one over the weekend, in
stock form,. Its also light, but with its mid-engine config, handles very
well (just a bit soft, though), very powerful and torquey, and can be tossed
with aplomb. I was able to keep pace with a number of Skyline's and
Mitsubishi GTO's.

PS...oh yeah, Deep Forest Track can only be found on the Gran Turismo
driving simulator. :-)
