<E30> Suspension recomendations...

  The suspension on my 88 325iC is in need of some help.  As far as I know 
(2nd owner, have had it for 3 years) nothing has been done to the 
suspension.  There is a bad vibration coming from the front right 
intermittently when braking hard from highway speed.  Plus the fact that 
the suspension is now 12 years old.  At this point in the cars life, what 
suspension parts should be replaced?  And also, if there isn't a major 
price difference, are there any good upgrades that could be performed?
