Garret Chip for BMW 525i Model 95

Hello to you all!
I'm Stefan from Germany. I'm driving a 525i 24V '95 the best car I ever drove.
Now I need your experience with Garret Chips. There is a guy who sells those
Chips in Germany. These Chips a very cheep and he suggests, that the Chips are
very good and don't threaten the engine.
Does someone of you have experiences with these Chips?
