Josh Murray's post reminds me of the time my Dad got pulled over for
speeding in Oregon by a sherrif's deputy in an unmarked pick-up.
The deputy told my Dad that he wouldn't have even noticed that the
speeding if my Dad hadn't been so conscientious about signalling to pass
each time and moving back in to the slow lane afterwards.  He suggested 
that my Dad might want to stay in the fast lane for longer periods to 
avoid attracting attention.
