speeding ticket solution



hi,

i read this idea that someone posted BUT...i see a problem. if it's not
assessing the points, then it's probably leaving your case "open". Meaning
the next time a cop pulls you over, you may have some unpaid, or outstanding
tickets on your record. . .?
