shocks installation for 325e

Can anyone give me the estimated number of hours it takes to install four
shocks on a 325e by a professional mechanic.  I was given a labor charge
that I thought was excessive.  I live in the San Francisco/Bay area and if
you know of a good mechanic that does it, please recommend.
