In regards to the "stats is stats" comment.

Try telling a statistition or anyone who knows anything about how to
manipulate
statistics that and you'll be sure to hear a hearty chortle.  
That statement couldn't be any further from the truth.

This age discrimination thing has gone on to long.
Life is tough.
