M3 vs.Prelude

BiFF, go to an SCCA race and watch a well-driven VTEC Prelude beat the
pants off the M3s in T2 class.  I have been out-accelerated and
out-cornered, and it's not just me it's happened to.  These cars have
190HP and a big weight advantage.
