<Bay Area> painless dent removal/dry ice?

Help:

Can anyone recommend a painless dent removal service in the Bay Area?
Preferably on the Peninsula side of the bay, please, but I'm willing to
travel to avoid hacks.  First hand experiences/testimonials welcome.

And, has anyone actually tried the dry ice/heat gun method?  Or is it just
an old wives tale?  The dent I'm trying to fix is actually just a slight
depression on the shoulder of the rear quarter panel -- caused more by
heavy pressure rather than a sharp impact, so I'm think it might work.
