RE: Jim C Chip FS ... new info



I understand your feeling, but my thought is, if he'd
won tires from Yokohama, and wanted to sell his $500
gift certificate for $350, we all might think that was
cool.  Of course, tires wear out, so you might not sell
that unless you're buying a new house, like I am soon.

Why any different with the chip?  If he sits on it, 
it does NO ONE any good.  If they can get it for $350 from
elsewhere, let them.  Free country and all.

I didn't see what his old price was before he found out it
fit OBD-II cars, so I'm not commenting any adjustment there,
but it's his damned piece/part, he can do what he wishes.
It's fair to correct that.  What if your house listed for 
$100K and you found out it was worth $150K?  Wouldn't you
retract the ad?
