<E36 M3> Brakes Squeaking?

Hi,

When I apply my brakes lightly I get a very loud squeel from my brakes.
If I press a little harder on the brake pedal the squeaking dissipates.
I am using Metal Master pads on Euro Floating Rotors.  Any suggestions
on why they may be squeaking and how to eleviate the problem.
