Re: Zymoled-out

Ed:

I use Zymol Carbon creme and HD Cleanse on my "sunny day" April-October car
and it works GREAT (the dreaded black car). However on my 328i "daily
driver", it doesn't last long enough. Even though the car is certainly
worthy of Zymol, you're right, it just isn't practical. I suggest One Grand
Blitz wax. It goes on easy, looks good, lasts a lot longer, and costs
around 20 bucks for a 15 or 16 ounce can. I think it's a great compromise
if you don't want to wax your car every month.

BTW, if you're spending four hours to wax your M3, you are either doing it
wrong or doing way too good a job! I would be interested in the responses
to the post regarding alternatives to the Zymol car wash/bubble bath. I
usually just use plain water. I have heard that Ivory (or any dishsoap)
will take the wax off along with the dirt at no extra charge.
