M Coupe - you've got to be kiddiing BMW

Well, here's my 2 cents, and no one will like it, but I first set eyes on
the M Coupe a month ago and wanted to wait and see what other digesters
thought about the new car. When I first sighted it, I was so excited until
I walked over to it and said to myself, they can't be serious!  It reminded
me of an AMC Gremlin, and I couldn't imagine how anyone could possibly find
this car appealing!  It was estoril blue with that tacky looking mottled
beige interior. It was sitting in the showroom at VOB in Rockville and a
guy was waiting in the service area sitting directly in back of this car
(offending side pointing in his direction), I started chatting with him
about it, and we both just started laughing at the outrageously ugly lines
of the car as your eye follows it to the rear end.  We couldn't imagine
anyone buying this vehicle and believing they were driving an attractive
machine. I'm sure most will disagree with my appraisal of it's lines, and I
don't care how fast it is and how it handles, if it is sinfully ugly.  
Sorry, but I just couldn't contain myself.  Truly hope I didn't offend
anyone.
