95 M3 Creaking Clutch Pedal

My 95 M3 clutch pedal has developed a creak.  It is sensitive to increases in
the interior temperature of car.  I shot some Wurth 2000 lubricant on the
spring by crawling into the footwell and shooting up with the Wurth, but I
haven't found the source of the creak.  Are there special lub points for the
clutch pedal?
