MetalMasters or Deluxe??

It's time to replace my front pads at 31K miles on '92 E30 325iC. Possibly
rears as well.
The car is for street only, nothing aggressive, all stock.
So, should I go for MetalMasters or Deluxe pads? Or something else
inexpensive and nice?
Any suggestions?
Also, do they, or the stock pads come complete with wear sensor? Is there
one or 2 sensors? How hard are they to install? Any special tools needed?
Do I need to bleed the system?
