Speedometer

I asked the same question at the dealership.  I was shown the TSB on the
speedometer.  BMW NA states that the speedo is in spec if the difference
is within 10% + 2.4 mph, as long as the speedo reading is lower than
actual.  Therefore, at 70mph, the accepted readout on the speedometer
would be 70 - 79.4 mph.  I have noticed the same discrepency between the
OBC and the speedometer.
