Maybe this is cruel but I've found that the only way my users learn is
through consequences... Simply delete or bounce the offending email. People
have been warned quite a bit about HTML and so forth, next time pay
attention to the at least once-a-week email about not posting using the
crap. Just my $0.02 worth.
