Yikes!
do a quick WEB search on slick50 and you should be able to find the FAQ..
it describes why slick50 and many other 'additives' not only do nothing good,
they actually are *bad*.. like clogging oil passages..
use good quality name brand oil.. change it according to BMW service interval
lights or more often if you like (like the ubiquitous 3000 mile interval)
Use synthetic oil if you like (Amsoil, Mobile 1, Lubro Moly, etc)..
synthetics definitely give an improvement over conventional oil, like
easier starting (especially when cold), no thermal breakdown, longer
change interval (if you want)
but *don't* use slick50, motorup, or any of the other snake oils out there.
They *are* a scam.
