did you let the adaptive motronic computer learn the engine ?
ie: did you drive around for half and hour or something before messing
with the afm ?
it *will* take a little while for the computer to figure out how to
make the engine idle well (with all the little air leaks, worn out stuff
on a 10 year old engine)
(now that you've adjusted the AFM you may have screwed things up..)
