yes they are.
You can change from Euro to US ( + JAP + ZA (?)South Africa(?)Australia(?) )

They definitely list different models..
I checked ECE (Euro) E30 and they have 316, 318, 320, 323, 325, M3 listed)
For US they only list 318, 325, M3

but the CD does not contain all info on every model.. there are still some
empty entries.. (ie the car is listed, but when you click on parts it comes
back empty)

I think they are still working on some of the less common cars
(like Isetta, etc)
