Stated Value Insurance

I have an 11-year old 535iS, with way too much money invested in it
vis-a-vis the actual market value; if I were to suffer a total loss, my
current comp-and-collision insurance would pay me about half of what I have
in the car. Anyone know where I can get Stated Value or Agreed Value
comp-and-collision insurance? I live in Florida.
