Short summary:
  Mel - $700/month
  Mark - $580/month

When I went to look at the new 3er, I test drove a 328i with about
middle-of-the-road ausstatung (equipment/options...sorry for the
German).  The dealer quoted me around $700/month for a 36 month lease.
