question on Synthetic oil?

     Hi, everyone on the digest. I don't know much about synthetic oil. 
when I put synthetic oil in my car, I realize that the engin does worm 
up faster.. now, I know synthetic oil suppose to cut down the friction 
between the piston and the engin itself...
Now the question, is it becuse of the specific heat of synthetic oil is 
smaller than regular oil?  is it the reason why the engin heat up faster 
than the regular oil.

95 325is, w/ Mobil 1 synthetic oil.
